meditation

Meditation has become part of my daily routine and love sharing this with others. I offer guided meditations for groups or 1:1 to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation practice varies in lengths, starting with a 15 minute breath awareness meditation. Other meditation practices include; body scan meditation, chakra balancing meditation, mindfulness meditation & Yoga Nidra (deep yogic sleep).
