Reiki
Reiki (ray-key) meaning ‘universal life energy’ is a Japanese natural energetic healing technique. Energy surrounds us everywhere both internally and externally, when the energy is uninterrupted there is balance and harmony, when interrupted there is an imbalance as well as one can feel stressed or become sick.
MEDITATION
Meditation has become part of my daily routine and love sharing this with others. I offer guided meditations for groups or 1:1 to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation practice varies in lengths, starting with a 15 minute breath awareness meditation. Other meditation practices include; body scan meditation, chakra balancing meditation, mindfulness meditation & Yoga Nidra (deep yogic sleep).

As a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Functional Mobility Specialist, my passion, focus and expertise lie in optimising movement to enhance the quality of life for all clients through strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility. My approach goes beyond just physical results; I believe in a holistic approach to health and well-being that emphasises the connection between mind, body, breath and movement. By developing a stronger body, conscious mindset, implementing healthy habits, and creating long-lasting, sustainable changes, I help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being. I offer both in person sessions and online programmes.

Massage is considered part of complementary and integrative medicine. Massage is a holistic therapy and benefits the mind, body and soul. It's increasingly being offered along with standard treatment for a wide range of medical conditions and situations. Studies of the benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension.
