In spring, detoxifying and rejuvenating treatments help shake off the lethargy of winter; summer focuses on cooling and hydrating therapies to combat the heat; autumn treatments support the immune system and prepare the body for the colder months ahead; and winter sessions are geared towards warming and deeply nourishing the body and soul. Each seasonal treatment is 90 minutes long and includes a carefully blended essential oil blend using seasonal oils, a foot ritual and holistic treatments based around each season.
Spring:
Includes energy cleanse, foot ritual, aromatherapy massage, reiki/chakra balancing.
Spring Oil blend: Spearmint, Lavendar, Mandarin

Autumn:
Includes energy cleanse, foot ritual, aromatherapy massage, dry body brushing.
Autumn Oil blend: Sage, Orange, Cedarwood
Focus: Introspection & Nourishment
Summer:
Includes energy cleanse, foot ritual, aromatherapy massage, joint mobilisation and assisted stretching.
Summer Oil blend: Eucalyptus, Ylang Ylang, Lemon Grass
Focus: Abundance & Expansion
winter:
