For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about helping others feel better in their bodies and minds — but my journey into holistic wellbeing wasn’t straightforward. It began from my own lived experience.
I’ve lived with fibromyalgia and anxiety, and I know firsthand how overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating they can feel. For years, I searched for answers, trying to manage flare-ups, pain, and the mental weight that came with them. Conventional approaches often offered only temporary relief, and I was left feeling frustrated and disconnected from myself.
The turning point came in an unexpected way — through my young horse. Supporting his wellbeing introduced me to the power of aromatherapy and the profound effect plants and natural botanicals can have on the body and mind. I witnessed how these natural tools could calm, rebalance, and restore. That experience lit a spark in me, leading me to study aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, reiki, and holistic coaching.
Over time, these practices not only transformed my own life but gave me the tools to support others. Today, I help people living with fibromyalgia and anxiety to manage symptoms, ease stress, and reconnect with themselves through a personalised, holistic approach.
I believe that while we may not always be able to control the challenges we face, we can empower ourselves with the right tools, practices, and mindset to feel more balanced, resilient, and free.
