I provide personalised yoga sessions, from one-on-one to small group classes and engaging workshops. My expertise spans various styles, including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Strength and Mobility, and meditation practices. Each class is crafted to accommodate all skill levels, emphasising enhanced strength, agility, and mobility.
Yoga, for me, transcends more than physical stretching. It offers a range of other benefits, such as healing, heightened mindfulness, deep inner connectivity, and injury prevention, to name a few. Whether it's initiating your journey with mindful breathing, managing a busy mind, optimising joint flexibility, or addressing specific body tightness, my classes cater to the demands of our fast-paced, often static lifestyles. They're structured to promote optimal joint health, mitigate injuries, and reduce common discomforts.
In my sessions, I advocate for genuine self-awareness: understanding our individual limits and celebrating personal progress. I have had the privilege of teaching in diverse environments, from studios to sports events, and training a variety of students, including injury-recovering individuals, children and elite athletes from rugby, football, boxing, and equestrian backgrounds.
Each class I teach begins with a comprehensive warm-up, follows a well-organised flow, and infuses elements of mindfulness and meditation. We conclude with a rejuvenating relaxation phase, complemented by aromatic essential oils.
